This included introducing an entirely new store concept situated in Mayfair, one of London’s most affluent neighbourhoods. With a focus on delivering a premium boutique experience, Majestic required a commercial fitout that upscaled their familiar warehouse format while directly appealing to a discerning local customer base.

The challenge was to create an elegant retail space that hit the clients brief. Most importantly it should showcase their extensive range of wines. Secondly it should provide a seamless shopping experience where customers could flexibly purchase by the bottle or the case. The team integrated the brand’s rich heritage with bespoke retail design principles, which resulted in a beautifully tailored store that is both visually striking and perfectly adapted to its prestigious surroundings.

Bespoke English Oak Cabinetry

A focal point of the store is the state-of-the-art, oval-shaped tasting bar. Surrounded by comfortable high-level seating, the bar invites customers to linger and sample the offerings. It features specialized heat-up and chill-down trays designed to bring the wines to their optimum temperature instantly.
